Hola!

My name is Uriel Zarate. I’m a Mexico-born interaction designer currently based in the bay area. I’m a senior in the interaction design program at California College of the Arts and am driven to set an example for other latino immigrants who, like myself, experienced different cultures and stereotypical expectations.

I’m very passionate about my culture, music, and creating unique experiences and hope to someday connect them with interaction design.

When I’m not in school you can find me with headphones on tap, tap, tapping on my midi controller or a park practicing my boxing form. You can also find me kicking the soccer ball around, or playing tackle football with friends.
